Smileplus Dental ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you contact us, book an appointment, or fill in one of our forms or ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), we may collect your name, phone number, email address, CHAS, Merdeka or Pioneer card type, and appointment details such as your preferred clinic, date and treatment.

Why we collect it

We use your data to contact you about your enquiry and appointments, to provide and follow up on dental services, and to tell you about relevant treatments and offers if you have agreed to this.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the clinic (for example appointment, messaging and advertising platforms), or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for these purposes or as required by law, and then securely delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent, or ask to access or correct your personal data, at any time by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
